Morten Flørnæss Kerrn-Jespersen

Morten specialises in developing and supporting organizations, line managers and leadership teams through their transformations and changes. He is an expert in leadership, agile ways of working, team development and “Organizing, leading and facilitating complex development processes”. He is an experienced facilitator, coach, learning architect and Management Consultant.

Morten works closely with pharma companies, private companies and public sector organizations. Helping them develop their leaders, senior project managers, development processes and team organization. He is also a Client Director in Mannaz where he leads teams of consultants whom are working on our projects.

He has contributed to a strategic turnaround in Mannaz A/S as a member of the Board of Directors for four years. Prior to working as a Management Consultant, he has been the national chairman of the Danish Scout and Guide Organization for 4 years. Leading a purpose driven organization with 30.000 members, 10.000 volunteers and 400 local units. Succesfully executed projects with a budget of +100 mill DKK.
